Clear Aligners

Clear aligners are removable transparent trays worn in sequence, each one moving your teeth a small amount towards the planned position. They are a discreet alternative to fixed braces for many, though not all, cases.

Aligner treatment at Green Tower is supervised by Dr. Divya Deepak, our orthodontist. Planning begins with records and imaging so we can map the movements required and give you an honest view of whether aligners will achieve them.

They must be worn for around 20 to 22 hours a day to work, removed only for eating and cleaning. Treatment slows or stalls if that is not followed, and this is the single biggest factor in whether aligner treatment succeeds. Complex bite corrections are sometimes better handled with fixed braces, and we will say so where that applies.
